I’m a NYS Licenses Real Estate Associate Broker with over 20 years in the service industries. A Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), member of the Hudson Valley based Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). This provides me with extensive access to real estate information for my clients which include sellers, buyers, landlords and renters. As an extensively trained licensed real estate professional who cares about my client’s best interests and takes fiduciary duties to my clients very seriously, you can expect the following from me as your agent: • Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process; • As the seller's agent I perform a variety of duties, which include (1) Setting a market value asking price for your property, (2) Marketing your home by not just placing a "for sale" sign in the yard or by just listing your home in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), I also market my client's homes on social media sites such as Facebook, Craigslist, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram, which generates massive views of your property, (3) Create virtual home tours which provide buyers with more views of your home, (4) Host open houses and virtual open house (5) Ensure buyers are pre-approved for the asking price; (6) Live virtual buyers events; (7) Property listing Ads; (8) Property website with live chats; (9) Interactive digital property brochure; (10) Epostcards; (11) Virtual neighborhood walkthroughs. • As the buyer's agent I give a full consultation to assist buyers with the mortgage pre-approval process and finding their dream home that is parallel with their buying power. Act on behalf of the buyer in negotiating the purchase and sale agreement with the seller's agent; and • I also help landlords find tenants and tenants find their dream rental. Some of my hobbies includes playing chess, reading for self-development, helping family and friends with different handyman projects, traveling with family and providing as much help to those I can.
