The first time we met with him to show the property, he was punctual, prepared, calm and patient... I mention those last two again because my three toddlers were of course present to welcome him and running circles around his legs and singing so loud it was difficult to speak. As I tried to get them back settled Randy was laughing and so warm/playful with them. Actually by the end of the experience, my three year old started calling him Uncle Randy.
